so we've been trying a few different plugins for nthe actual pop-open portion of the photos. The three features I wanted were:
1) speed (quick load time)
2) the ability to view newxt picture or previous picture (without zooming out)

Users complained that they couldn't save as or drag photos to their desktop. I have no idea where that bug came from but I've incorporated a temporary workaround. If you click on a picture it is now a link to the raw file hosted on the Flickr Farm. That one is Save ...
