ON RSS & Upgrades

Some of you may not be familiar with RSS or ATOM yet but basically it’s a notification system for XML documents in things like blogs or for instance this photo archiving site. If you don’t know what it’s about, check out the wiki on RSS. If you use Safari or Firefox it is integrated into your browser. Click that weird satellite looking icon (or the RSS symbol in Safari) in the type right corner of your browser and it will automatically subscribe you. You’ll get updates every time something new hits the site.Oh yeah, new updates coming. We’ve decided not to put advertising on any of the album or photo pages at least for the time being. We’re not saying party photos are high art or something but I mean a little aesthetic integrity wouldn’t hurt right? We are not ruling it out for the future but if you see one in there it is simply a mistake that we are working on fixing. Album nav is being put under comments which pushes it down. That will be fixed shortly as well.
